O'Connor wins third term as Frederick mayor, Democrats retain every City Council seat

Democratic Mayor Michael O'Connor is set to return to office for a third term alongside a completely Democratic City Council following the city's general election.

O'Connor has an insurmountable lead over his Republican opponent Tom Trott by nearly 7,000 votes, with around 100 ballots outstanding.
