Vancouver’s Nardwuar the Human Serviette is stepping off stage and onto the street, unveiling a new plaid-clad Nike skate shoe.

The Nardwuar x Nike SB Dunk Low will be coming to store shelves on Dec. 6, said the celebrity interviewer in a social media post on Monday.

“Truly a #lifegoal,” wrote Nardwuar. “Totally blown away.”

The new kicks feature Nardwuar’s trademark plaid in navy blue and green, with red, white and yellow stripes. Nike’s Swoosh and the laces are in black, adding a contrast to the colourful upper.

The laces are topped with fuzzy red-and-blue pompoms, similar to the pompom atop Nardwuar’s hat.

The sneakers will retail for US$140.
