NEW YORK (Gray Media) - President Donald Trump pardoned 77 people involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results, including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Trump’s former chief of staff Mark Meadows. The pardons relate to the creation of an alternative slate of electors to tip the election in Trump’s favor, or for any conduct relating to exposing voter fraud or vulnerabilities in that election.
President Trump and his allies tried for months to reverse election results, but their claims were rejected by every level of the court system.
