CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - Police are investigating a road rage incident that escalated into gunfire on Sunday, with bullets striking two vehicles in Cuyahoga Falls.
Officers with the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department responded to reports of shots fired about 4:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of Main Street.
Officers learned the confrontation began as a road rage altercation on Home Avenue in Akron before continuing into Cuyahoga Falls.
Two vehicles in the area were struck by bullets during the incident. No injuries were reported, police said.
Witnesses described the suspect’s vehicle as a dark SUV driven by a man, with a woman passenger.
No arrests have been made in the case. Detectives will review video footage to identify everyone involved in the incident.
