Former World Series champion Justin Turner has no intention of hanging up his cleats just yet.
Turner, a long-time Los Angeles Dodgers veteran, has bounced around from team to team in recent years. Since winning the World Series with Los Angeles in 2020, the two-time All-Star has spent time with four separate teams, most recently playing for the Chicago Cubs.
Despite signing a two-year contract with the Cubs, Turner will once again become a free agent after Chicago declined a $10 million mutual option. Though Turner is less than two weeks from turning 41, MLB Network's Jon Morosi reported Monday morning that he plans to play in the 2026 season.
