SHELLEY, Idaho — Shelley mayor Stacy Pascoe died unexpectedly on Sunday, Nov. 9, the Shelley Police Department reported. He was 64 years old.
Pascoe had served as the mayor since his election in 2013. Prior to his tenure as mayor, Pascoe served on city council beginning in 2011, Shelley Police said. He spent his childhood in Shelley and graduated from Shelley High School.
Funeral services for Pascoe will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 17 at the Shelley Stake Center, located at 325 East Locust Shelley. Pascoe's family will receive friends Sunday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Nalder Funeral Home and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Pascoe did not run for re-election this year after three terms as mayor. He will be succeeded by councilwoman Kim Westergard . She was running against Al
