The Dallas Cowboys returned to the Star on Monday, November 10 after their bye week to get back to training and mourn the loss of Marshawn Kneeland.
The cowboys held a meeting to mourn Kneeland, with Cowboys CEO Stephen Jones publicly addressing the loss on 105.3 The Fan, the team's flagship radio station.
"Well, it certainly puts everything in perspective," said Jones. "You know, if you're playing a game, that's work, that means a lot to a lot of people. But there are things a lot more important than that."
Jones emphasized the importance of honoring Kneeland while acknowledging the need to return to work.
"And certainly that's, you know, what we're going through this week," said Jones "And so that will be first and foremost. But then, we do know, like anything, we've got to get back
