The Buffalo Bills are signing veteran wide receiver Mecole Hardman to the team’s 17-man practice squad, per a report by Jeremy Fowler crediting an anonymous source late on Tuesday, November 10. Hardman is a player most of Bills Mafia will remember thanks to his pair of stints playing for the Kansas City Chiefs.

It’s interesting news, even if it’s only that Hardman will join the practice squad at this point. He fits the current profile of several other Bills receivers such as Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel, and Elijah Moore.

Hardman, now 27, is a six-year NFL veteran whose biggest impact has come as a member of the Chiefs. In six seasons with Kansas City between 2019 and 2024, Hardman made 177 receptions (255 targets) for 2,296 yards and 16 touchdowns; as a rusher, Hardman added 26 carries
