(NewsNation) — Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett, 95, will no longer write Berkshire's annual report or speak at the company's annual meeting, Buffett announced in a letter to investors Monday.
"I will no longer be writing Berkshire’s annual report or talking endlessly at the annual meeting. As the British would say, I’m 'going quiet,'" Buffett wrote.
The announcement comes as the legendary investor will step down as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway at the end of 2025, a position he has held since 1970.

In the announcement, Buffett clarified that he will continue to publish his annual Thanksgiving message.
