FARGO — A Fargo man is facing several charges after he attempted to flee officers who discovered him passed out with his car running outside a south Fargo apartment complex early Monday, Nov. 10.

An officer performing routine patrol at the Westmore Court Apartments, 1469 35th St. S., came upon Wyatt Crissler's gold Chevrolet Malibu parked but running in the driving lane of the apartment complex's parking lot just before 3 a.m.

Another officer responded and parked his car in front of Crissler's vehicle, while the initial officer drove up behind Crissler's vehicle and turned on his emergency lights and a spotlight.
