Observers on Monday were quick to frame President Donald Trump's sweeping pardon of so-called "fake electors" as a symbolic gesture since the various criminal cases against those individuals exist in the states -- outside the jurisdiction of presidential clemency. But there is one notable exception: Harrison Floyd, a little-known ex-Marine who served on Trump's 2020 campaign.
