Gujarat Gas Ltd on Monday reported a decline in its September quarter (Q2 FY26) earnings, with consolidated net profit down 14.6% quarter-on-quarter to ₹279.8 crore from ₹327.6 crore in the previous quarter.
Revenue from operations came in at ₹3,978 crore, slightly lower than ₹4,065 crore in the June quarter, while EBITDA fell 14% to ₹447.2 crore from ₹519.9 crore.
Operating margin stood at 11.8%, narrowing from 13.4% in the previous quarter, reflecting pressure from lower realisations in the industrial segment.

Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of Gujarat Gas Ltd closed 0.99% higher at ₹403.20 on the NSE.
