LEXINGTON, Ky. —

The Battle of the Bluegrass is back.

The University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville will go head-to-head on the hardwood Tuesday night.

Though, ahead of the game, Kentucky coach Mark Pope has been filled with suspense wondering if he's going to have jury duty.

He's been calling since Saturday to see if he's been assigned to a case.

On Sunday, he got some good news.

After placing his call into the Fayette Circuit Court, he found out that he was not assigned jury duty for Monday or Tuesday.

This means that he's off the hook until at least Wednesday and shouldn't have to worry about any interruptions ahead of the game.

Tip off for Tuesday's game is 8 p.m. at the KFC Yum! Center. The game will air on ESPN.
