The Eagles’ practically unstoppable tush push play is universally hated outside of Philadelphia. Not just because it’s so hard to stop, but also because NFL refs have a bad habit of missing blatant “false start” penalties when they run it.
Well, some things never change.
During the first quarter of the Eagles’ road game against the Green Bay Packers on ‘Monday Night Football’, the defending Super Bowl champions got away with a blatant false start on the tush push play:
