COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Texas A&M linebacker Scooby Williams continues to improve from injury that kept him out of Saturday’s game at Missouri, head coach Mike Elko said Tuesday. Offensive lineman Ar’maj Reed-Adams is also fine after exiting Saturday’s game due to injury, he said.
“Doing good. Getting better every week,” Elko said of Williams. “We’ll kind of see how this week goes.”
Williams initially injured himself in the first half of A&M’s win at Notre Dame. He missed two games, but returned with limited action in A&M’s win over Florida. He played 10 snaps against the Gators, followed by 13 at Arkansas and then 26 against LSU, according to Pro Football Focus.
However, he was listed as “out” on the Aggies’ availability report early in the week before Missouri.
