Salina voters to decide on banning pit bulls in special election

SALINA, Kan. (KAKE) – Salina voters will decide in a special election if pit bulls should be banned in city limits.

The issue was brought up during a Monday city commissioners meeting, where the commission unanimously voted to move the Pit bull ban petition to a special election.
