CINCINNATI, Ohio — Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was back at practice on Monday after being out the previous two months with a turf toe injury that required surgery.
During his Monday press conference, Burrow, who had a torn ACL in 2020 and had a torn wrist ligament in 2023, spoke about how tough it has been to deal with another significant injury.
“Yeah, obviously was incredibly sad, disappointed, frustrated, angry, you know, all the, all the above,” Burrow revealed to reporters. “You feel sorry for yourself for a little bit. It’s easy when, you know, a couple days leading up to surgery and the couple weeks after when you can’t really do much and then it’s time to get back at it.”
