Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson suffered an ankle injury in the second quarter of Monday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, leaving the offense in a bad position.
The Eagles announced that Johnson is questionable to return.
On the backside of a run play, Packers safety Evan Williams ran into Johnson’s leg, causing it to bend awkwardly. Johnson struggled putting pressure on his leg as he was assisted off the field. Then, he limped to the locker room and rode on a cart after getting inside.
Veteran backup Fred Johnson could finish out the game at right tackle.
