FOXBOROUGH, Mass. —

The New England Patriots extended their winning streak to seven games Sunday, beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-23.

It’s the longest winner streak for the team since 2021, which was also the last time New England made the playoffs.

The Patriots are now tied with the Indianapolis Colts and the Denver Broncos for the best record in the NFL at 8-2.

Defensive tackle Milton Williams, who won the Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles last year, said he hopes to help the Patriots make another run.

"We win, lose, you know, everybody's going to have something to say, but I'd rather win, and then we'll see what y'all got to say after that," Williams said.
