New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit Bhutan on Tuesday to participate in the 70th birthday of Bhutan’s fourth king, Jigme Singye Wangchuck. During the visit, he will meet the present King, Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck, the fourth king, and Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.
Before leaving, Modi showed his excitement about the visit, saying it would strengthen the friendship between India and Bhutan. “It would be my honour to join the people of Bhutan as they celebrate the 70th birth anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth King,” he said.
