In connection with the Delhi blast case, police conducted extensive searches throughout the night (Monday) at hotels in Paharganj, Daryaganj, and nearby areas. Hotel registers were thoroughly checked as part of the investigation. During these searches, four suspects were detained for questioning, ANI reported quoting Delhi police sources. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.

Case registered under UAPA

Delhi Police has registered a case in connection with the blast under various Sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the Explosives Act, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Updating on the case on Tuesday morning, DCP North Raja Banthia stated that teams from the NSG, Delhi Police and FSL are present at the spot and are investigating the entire crime
