The primary objective for the Philadelphia Phillies this offseason has been clear since the team was eliminated from the playoffs by the Los Angeles Dodgers: find a way to bring back Kyle Schwarber .
That's not to say the Phillies are going to try and run it back with the same players, but Schwarber is too good for them to lose. He isn't the player an organization sacrifices in order to try and retool the lineup. Everyone around baseball knows his worth and what he means to the city of Philadelphia.
It's why MLB insider Jon Morosi believes Schwarber could be one of the first free agents off of the board this winter.
