Prime Minister Narendra Modi, arrived in Bhutan to attend the 70th birthday celebrations of the Fourth King of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck. He was warmly received at Paro International Airport by Bhutan’s Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.
