With initial probe making it clear that Monday’s blast in a car near the Red Fort is an act of terror, Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a high-level meeting attended by the Director of Intelligence Bureau, Union Home Secretary, Delhi Police Commissioner, and other senior officials to mobilise resources, as threads of the attack appear to spread across states including Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir.
