The New York Giants decided to make a major change following their Week 10 loss against the Chicago Bears on the road. It was another disappointment in what has been a disappointing season.
Brian Daboll, who had been viewed as a potential hot seat candidate, was removed from his job as head coach.
While not all of the blame for the team's struggles can be blamed on Daboll, it was clear that a change was needed. Daboll is a great offensive mind, but he simply wasn't able to lead the Giants to wins.

Since taking over as the head coach in New York back in the 2022 season, Daboll compiled a 20-30-1 overall record. He did lead the team to the playoffs in his first season with the franchise.
