KENNEWICK, Wash. – On Monday, November 10, 2025, a man was arrested for lewd conduct in Kennewick after reportedly recording females inside dressing rooms, according to the Kennewick Police Department.

Officers were dispatched around 2:18 p.m. to a business in the 1300 block of N. Columbia Center Blvd. following a report of the incident.

Though initial attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful, officers continued their investigation and obtained video footage and photographs. These were shared with nearby businesses.

About an hour later, a citizen recognized the suspect and contacted police. Officers found the suspect inside a nearby business and took him into custody without incident.

The suspect was booked into Benton County Jail for suspicion of Voyeurism in the 1st Degree.
