Sierra Nevada REALTORS released its October 2025 report showing that home prices across Carson City and Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, and Washoe counties (excluding Incline Village) continued to rise, signaling a stabilizing market after several years of rapid change.

According to the report, the median sales price for single-family homes across the five counties reached $575,000, a 3.6% increase compared with October 2024.

Each region saw a slightly higher median price than the same month last year. Condos and townhomes in the same areas had a median sales price of $335,000.
