Mumbai, Nov 11: Actor Vipin Sharma, known for his powerful screen presence, takes on a compelling new role in the latest season of Maharani on SonyLIV. Playing the sharp and strategic Prime Minister Sudhakar Sriniwas Joshi, Sharma says he knew instantly that the part demanded a “different level of commitment.”

“When I was offered the script, I realised this was going to be huge because it’s a brilliantly written season,” says Sharma, who joins Huma Qureshi and Shweta Basu Prasad in the political drama’s fourth instalment.
