Thimphu, Nov 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday condemned the deadly blast outside Delhi’s Red Fort that claimed 13 lives, assuring that those behind the “heinous conspiracy” will not be spared.

Speaking from Bhutan’s capital, Thimphu, where he is on a two-day official visit, Modi said, “It was my commitment to come here and participate, but I am here with a heavy heart. Last evening’s horrifying incident in Delhi has pained everyone. I understand the grief of the victims’ families. The entire country stands with them today.”
