Technical Issues Disrupt Voting in Multiple Jubilee Hills Booths

Tensions Rise as Political Clashes and Cash Allegations Surface

The Jubilee Hills by-election saw a heavy voter turnout on Tuesday since polling began at 7 am. However, the day was marred by technical problems and political tensions. Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) malfunctioned at 11 polling booths, including Borabanda, Rahmatnagar, Vengalrao Nagar, and Shaikpet, causing delays and disruption . At booth number 348 in Borabanda, polling came to a halt due to an EVM fault, leaving voters stranded in long queues. Similar glitches affected booths 165 and 166 in Rahmatnagar .
