Bhubaneswar : Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan got a taste of Odisha’s iconic Rasogola during his visit to the state to attend the Millet Day programme.
According to reports, Union Minister Chouhan and Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo visited a local sweet shop, Tarini Mistan Bhandar at Pahala in Cuttack on Monday while returning from a function in Cuttack and savoured the iconic Odisha delicacy Pahala Rasogola.
Apart from Rasagola, they were treated to hot Rasogola and Chhena.
Upon their arrival, the sweet shop owner Alok and his nephew Debi Prasad offered the delicacies to the dignitaries. Chouhan praised the taste and texture of the Rasogola, saying it was ‘soft and tasty’.
