EASTERN KENTUCKY (WYMT) - A case where one Pike County man was arrested for uploading explicit images of minors online is moving to federal court.

Charles Michael Hopkins was charged in October with 20 counts of possessing matter portraying a minor over the age of 12 in a sexual performance.
