Michael Jones dreamed of bigger things when he worked as a waiter at Ken Stewart’s Grille about 22 years ago.

“I used to look at the expensive dishes and couldn’t even afford to eat here with my employee discount,” Jones posted on Facebook, showing a picture of himself, his wife and young daughter feasting at the posh Akron eatery.
