Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today shared glimpses of his address at the programme commemorating the 70th birthday of His Majesty The Fourth King of Bhutan in Thimpu today.

In posts on X, Shri Modi said:

“The horrific blast in Delhi last evening has deeply pained everyone. India stands with those who have suffered.

I assure everyone that the agencies will get to the bottom of the entire conspiracy.

All those involved will be brought to justice.”
