After a chilly start this morning with temperatures dipping into the lower to middle 20s, we are watching temperatures moderate nicely today, climbing closer to seasonable levels. We expect southwest winds to pick up, becoming breezy at times, with gusts potentially reaching 25 to 30 mph this afternoon.
As we move through the week, we're forecasting a significant warming trend. By Wednesday and Thursday, we'll be seeing temperatures running about 5 to 10 degrees warmer than what we typically expect for this time of year. But the real heat is slated for Friday and into the weekend. We're talking highs climbing into the lower to middle 70s!
