FAIRFAX, Va. — There's a new home for professional rugby in the DMV. D.C.'s professional rugby team, Old Glory DC , will play its regular season and playoff matches at George Mason University in Fairfax County for the 2026 season, the team announced Monday.
Entering its eighth season and coming off back-to-back playoff appearances, Old Glory aims to continue building momentum while growing the sport of rugby throughout the Greater Washington region.
George Mason Stadium, which sports a natural, high-use Bermuda grass pitch. The top-tier field and facilities have attracted several international soccer clubs to utilize as training sites while in the U.S. Old Glory has also used the stadium as a training ground in years past.
