CODINGTON COUNTY, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - A Harrisburg man has died following a motorcycle crash two miles south of Watertown, SD, on Thursday, November 6.

A driver of a 2012 Harley Davidson lost control while traveling north on 29th Street SE near Meadow Lake Road.

He was taken to Prairie Lakes Hospital with life-threatening injuries and later transferred to a Sioux Falls hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.

All information released so far is only preliminary.

The name of the person involved has not been released pending notification of family members.
