Jenna Bush Hager has so many jobs, I get tired just thinking about all of them. Her most well-known job is probably being the host of Today With Jenna and Friends. But she also hosts her own podcast, Open Book With Jenna, she’s an author, and she recently launched her own publishing imprint, Thousand Voices, with Random House Publishing Group. Oh, and she’s a mom of three.

Coming from a long line of hard workers—and I’m not just talking about the ones who worked in the White House—it seems like it’s in her blood. That’s why she often needs a reminder that it’s okay to slow down and actually rest. As she approaches the holidays, she’s hoping to relax a little more and be as present as possible, something we could all probably take a few notes on.
