Just after 11 a.m., officers were seen running toward the backyard of a house, where a police dog was deployed. Moments later, nearly a dozen officers escorted a man in a black quarter zip away from the scene. Blue Ash police confirmed their officers were assisting with an ICE situation regarding a fugitive in the area.
