While the Dam Battlegrounds in ARC Raiders is thankfully less deadly than the other maps in the game, that doesn't make it any easier to navigate when quests are more than a little vague on where to actually go. Thankfully, quests like ' Broken Monument ' at least have proximity progression that points you in the right direction when you get close enough.

The first thing you'll need to do in order to complete the Broken Monument quest offered by Tien Wen is hike to the southeastern side of Dam Battlegrounds until you reach the Scrapyard . Heading down from the south of the Scrapyard , you'll come across several broken-down vehicles and encampments, which is where you'll find plenty of workshop upgrade materials and the first required quest item.
