CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – A Campbellsville man is celebrating two separate wins from the Kentucky Lottery within 5 months.
According to Kentucky Lottery, Braxton Skaggs of Campbellsville stated he had taken a break from playing since a $30,000 win. However, that all changed once he found out his mom won $3,000 playing online.
“He got on two or three days later,” his mom said. “I kept telling him it was going to hit.”
After hearing about his mom’s luck, Skaggs started playing while packing for a family vacation.
As Skaggs played, officials say his account balance would fluctuate up and down. Skaggs had $150 left in his account and was about to log off when he wagered $5 on the Bluegrass Bucks Hot Hit Jackpots Instant Play game.
