Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday (November 11) said the conspirators behind the Delhi blast will not be spared. At least 12 people were killed in the blast that took place in a slow-moving car at a traffic signal near the Red Fort metro station on November 10 evening.

There is no official word yet on what caused the blast.

"The conspirators behind this will not be spared. All those responsible will be brought to justice," Modi said.

The Prime Minister is on a two-day visit to Bhutan.
