Borosil Renewables Ltd on Tuesday (Nov 11) reported a sharp rise in consolidated net profit at ₹45.8 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to ₹12.6 crore in the same period last year, according to the company’s exchange filing.

Revenue from operations grew 42.5% year-on-year to ₹378.4 crore from ₹265 crore, supported by higher sales volumes and improved realisations.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) more than doubled to ₹124 crore from ₹48 crore in Q2 FY25, while operating margins expanded significantly to 32.8% from 18.1% a year earlier, reflecting better operating leverage and cost efficiencies.
