LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky man won his second Kentucky Lottery Instant Play in five months.
Braxton Skaggs told lottery officials he had "eased off" after his first win back in May, but decided to start playing again when he found out his mom won $3,000 while playing online.
“He got on two or three days later,” his mom said. “I kept telling him it was going to hit.”
One day, he decided to play after work, and as he played his balance would fluctuate, according to lottery officials. He had about $150 left in his account when he decided to wager $5 on the Bluegrass Bucks Hot Hit Jackpots Instant Play game.
