WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - A Beaverton man has been arrested in connection with a targeted attack involving an explosion and gunfire at a Cornelius home last Thursday, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Samuel Lund, 37, is facing four counts of first-degree attempted murder, second-degree attempted murder, first-degree arson, four counts of unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful manufacture of a destructive device, and unlawful possession of a destructive device.
The incident occurred on Thursday, Nov. 6, at about 4:13 a.m., when deputies responded to a report of an explosive device thrown at a door in the 300 block of N 10th Avenue. Upon closer inspection, the caller discovered multiple bullet holes in the door.
