The Town of Mount Jackson has announced $75,000 in business-grant awards for seven local entrepreneurs, marking the second round of funding through its Mount Jackson Five program.
Three brick-and-mortar businesses — Nocturne Tattoo Parlor, The Little Lantern Co., and Valley Soaps — each received $17,500, while four others — Two Turtle Doves, Home Revival Décor, Sunbliss, and Poppy’s Dust — received $5,000 apiece to launch from The Nest, the town’s new business incubator at 5986 Main St.
