A man has been seriously injured in a shooting near East South Boulevard.

Montgomery police Lt. Tina McGriff told Action 8 News that the shooting happened in the 4200 block of Strathmore Drive, which isn’t far from East South Boulevard and Troy Highway.

Police found a man with life-threatening injuries from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The shooting happened yesterday, but police haven’t released the time.

No other information has been released.
