Fashion retailer Johnnie-O is bringing its first Nashville location to 12South.

According to a Metro permit, Johnnie-O is preparing to open at 2212 12th Ave. S. as part of the Ashwood 12 South development.

The Raleigh, North Carolina-based lifestyle brand — known for its polo shirts and logo button-downs — opened its first Tennessee location in The Factory at Franklin in fall 2024.

The Nashville Johnnie-O store will join retail tenants such as high-end women clothing and accessories store Vince, western-themed retailer Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott, and California retail clothing store Rails as part of the 116,500-square-foot development.
