One person has been sent to hospital following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 7 near Sharbot Lake on Sunday.
According to the Frontenac OPP, it happened between Fall River Road and McQuaid Road on Nov. 9 around 4:00 p.m.
A car and tractor trailer had collided and the road was blocked.
The driver of the car was transported to hospital by Frontenac County Paramedics, but the man’s injuries were confirmed to be non-life-threatening. The driver of the transport was not injured.
Several other minor collisions were reported in the area, with most being vehicles sliding into the ditch.
The Highway reopened just before 11:30 p.m.
The collision remains under investigation.
