COLUMBUS A former township trustee pleaded guilty Monday to all 18 criminal counts he was charged withnine counts for Theft and nine counts for Official Misconduct.

WRTV Investigates reported in May that Benjamin P. Jackson was accused of using the township credit card to rack up $1.1 million in personal expenses, including alcohol, meals, groceries, home improvement, cannabis, travel and school tuition.

Jackson will be sentenced in the criminal case on January 21 at 9:30 a.m.

WRTV Investigates reached out to Jacksons attorney, Greg Long, for comment on the guilty plea. We are waiting on a response.

He faces up to 64.5 years in prison.
